Shipping costs don’t include any custom fees or taxes. Customers are responsible for any custom fees or taxes applied by customs during delivery.

    Shipment Tracking
    You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, you may go to  USPS.com or dhl.com or ePacket it depends customer country and track your package with your tracking information.
     
    Shipping Timeline
    Once your order is shipped, most domestic orders should arrive within 1-7 business days depending on your location. For international orders, delivery depends on the shipping method you choose and the conditions of customs. If an item from your order is unavailable in our warehouse, then please allow 1-4 weeks for your order to be processed for shipping. Our team will try their best to ship out your order as quick as possible. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information for your order. 
    *There may be delays in shipping if the billing or shipping information you provided is inaccurate, or if there are any issues with the payment. Once the correct information is provided, we will try our best to process your order as quick as possible.
     
    Undelivered Packages
    If for any reason a package is not able to be delivered, it will be returned to Prestige Gold. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return.
