FREE RETURNS

What is the Return and Exchange Policy?
We allow returns for all orders, within 15 days of when you receive your order. All return orders are subject through a verification process to confirm approval. Prestige Gold reserves the right to accept and decline any returns based on the condition of the product. 
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all bags and packaging included for a return to be processed. Any return requests that don’t meet these requirements, will not be processed and will be sent back to the customer. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with rejected return or exchange requests.  We will not accept any damaged products.

 

FREE EXCHANGES

We will accept all unused and undamaged products for exchange in 15 days. If for any reason you aren't comfortable with what you have purchased you have 15 days to swap out anything from our store paying the difference in product if there is any price difference. We will not accept any damaged products.

For any exchanges, returns, or warranty claims, the customer is responsible for shipping charges for sending the product back and the rest we will handle for you. You may choose to ship back the product using the carrier of your choice, or request a return label from our representative. 
 
How to process a return or an exchange for your order?
If you need to return or exchange your order, please email customer@prestige-gold.com In the email, please include the reasoning for return or exchange, order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. A representative will then provide you will all details to process the return or exchange.

 

For returns after your item is received and inspected, your return will be processed and credit will be issued on your original form of payment. Please allow seven days after your product is received for our warehouse to process the return or exchange. Please allow some days for the funds to show up in your account, as certain conditions of your payment company can cause delays.
